Online Payments

PayPal configuration

To configure online payments in our management program, you have to click on the top right on your name or user name under: Functionalities > Online payments.

The first step is to have a Paypal.Meaccount. We provide you with the link to create one. If you access the link Create a PayPa accountl a new window opens, in which it asks for the name of the link you want for your company, which you must then enter in the STEL Order section.

Once you already have a PayPal.Me account, click on Activate PayPal Payments and enter the link that PayPal provides you where it says Paypal Link.me, it is very important that when you put the link, be careful not to leave blank spaces or tabs.

And with just these steps you will have set up your online payments with PayPal.

Stripe setup

To configure online payments, you have to click on the top right on your name or username section: Functionalities > Online payments.

The first step is to have a Stripe account.We provide you with the link to create one. If you access the link Create a Stripe account a new window opens, in which you must register and create a Stripe account. Once in your Stripe dashboard, look for the API optionPublishable key and Secret key to put them in STEL Order, it is very important that when you put the link, be careful not to leave blank spaces or tabs.

And with just these steps you will have set up your online payments with Stripe.

Other settings

In this section you can indicate in which documents you want to show the button enabled for your customers to pay online, additionally you can also indicate if the button to pay online you want to be visible in the PDF document and in the text of the email you send to the customer with the document.

You can also upload an image or logo that will be displayed when making the online payment, it is not mandatory to complete this field, if you do not configure an image your company logo will be displayed.
