Users

1. Create users for your online management software.

In STEL Order you can create as many users as you want. There is no limited number

.

To register a new user you must first sign up.

With your Super-administrator user access the My STEL Order > Manage additional users > Hire additional users. You must indicate the number of users you are going to hire, the price per month per user and the detail to be paid will be displayed, a calculation is made for the number of days left to finish your subscription, select the payment method and Confirm.

Once the additional user is contracted, you must create it, for this you must go to: Settings > My company > Users > New.

Fill in the new user data, such as name, surname, NIF and email. You can also upload a picture of your employee. By default it will take the initial of the user's name.

You have different tabs to configure the user:

  • General: allows you to indicate phone, address, warehouse, calendar, language.
  • Access: indicates a password and the roleof the user. It also allows to give access or disable to not access the program. In the list of users, it shows No / Yes, in the Access column..
  • Historical: record of all documents generated by the user.
  • Historical: record of all documents generated by the user.
  • Mail configuration: allows you to register mail. Note that this option will only be configured, if you have indicated "User's mail" in the Mail settings.
  • Mail configuration: allows you to register your mail.
  • GPS: allows to activate the GPS in that user as well as to show the route.

Excellent! You are connected with your staff to achieve any goal, quickly and efficiently.

In the user listing you can get the location of your users by clicking on "Last Location". (only for customers with contracted GPS functionality)

The "Search" field allows you to search in the list, you can also filter by access options or Role.

The More menu allows you to perform the following:

  • Delete:allows you to delete users which even if deleted, the generated documents will remain saved and will not be deleted.
  • Export: a list is exported in Excel or CSV format.

If you are in trial period you can directly create additional users from: Settings > My company > Users > +New

2. How to unsubscribe users

To unsubscribe a user you must log in with your Super-administrator user access the My STEL Order > Manage additional users > Unsubscribe users.
