As its name suggests, whether the project is active or not, will tell us if it is a project we are still working on or, on the contrary, one that is already finished. The option to deactivate or activate a project allows you to apply a filter within your project list so that you can know with a single click, which projects you have active and which are not.
Remember: deactivating the project does not block the linking of new documents to the projects.
