How can I assign an incident to a technician?

Incidents can be assigned to STEL Order users to be handled by them, or they can be left unassigned so that all users can view and assign them if they wish to do so.

To assign an issue, select the user you want to assign it to in the Assigned To field.

At the moment it is assigned to someone, this user will receive an instant notification on their cell phone if they have the STEL Order application installed.
