Can I massively assign the equivalence surcharge to our suppliers?

Yes, in STEL Order you can assign roles to a group at the same time.

From your profile access Settings > Import/Export > Export to file > Type of information > Suppliers.

Select the attributes Reference and Legal name to move them to the Selected attributes column. Click Export.

Now, in your Excel document leave only the suppliers that are under secondary tax. Save the changes to your Excel and attach the document. Settings > Import/Export > Update from file > Type of information > Suppliers and add the remaining information. Under Additional information > Subject to RE, check the Yes.

Select the Excel file, assign the name in each column and click Update.

When performing an update you can upload files with a maximum of 1,000 lines, therefore, if you have a file with more lines you must split the Excel files.
