What happens if a customer does not accept Shop's invitation?

If your customer has not accepted the invitation, it will be reflected in the Users section of My STEL Shop with the status Expired.

You can resend the invitation by accessing the Customers section, selecting the customer and clicking on More > Invite Shop.
The status will change to Sent in the My STEL Shop Users section.
