In STEL Order, roles allow you to customize what information and actions your users can see or perform. For example you can restrict a group of employees to have access to the agenda, reports or profitability calculations of any document.
To create a new role, from your profile go to Settings > My company > Roles > New > Role name and add the one you want. In Visible Roles you decide if this new role will have access to the information you have assigned to the other roles, but as always in your STEL Order, you can customize all the accesses in Permissions: uncheck the box and select, exclusively, what you consider.
