What is the difference between changing an employee's data for another, or deleting it?

Let's say for example that Alberto, an employee you created in your STEL Order, no longer works in your company and you have hired Cristina instead. If you put Cristina's data in the user that previously belonged to Alberto, all the documents generated by him will automatically appear as if they had been created by Cristina.

It is best to first delete the user of your former employee. All documentation created by him is stored in your STEL Order and, second, create a new user for your current employee.

    1. Delete a user: From your profile go to Settings > My company > Users > click on the user > Delete.
    2. Create a new user: From your profile go to Settings > My company > Users > New and add all the information.Access to assign a Roleand its Password. Keep the Allow access box checked if you want him to be able to see the information corresponding to his role.
