I have changed from self-employed to a company, what do I have to do in STEL Order?

When you modify the company data, everything you have in the program is updated with the new information. This means that if, for example, you change the name, it is modified in all invoices, delivery notes, orders and other documentation.

For this reason, before we tell you how to change the data, we advise you to download the documents you have in your STEL Order. You never know if you will need them in the future.

Download your files:

        • Invoices: From the home screen to STEL Order, enter Invoicing > Check the box that selects all invoices > More > Download.
        • Resto Info: To access your profile and Settings> Import/Export > Export file > Info type for select categories > Excel formatand select all fields in Available attributes. When you have all the documents in Attributes selected click on Export. Repeat this path with the rest of the categories to download 100% of your files.

Change your company details:

You can now change your company details in STEL Order. From your profile click Settings> My company > Company details > Edit. Modify the data and remember to check the box that identifies whether you are a Company or Self-Employed.

Congratulations! You have created your new business on STEL Order and secured all your documentation.

Downloading all types of documents generated in STEL Order before making the company name change is important because when the change is made it will reflect this new data in all documents that exist in STEL Order (company data is not changed only for new documents but the existing ones will also reflect the new data)
