When you modify the company data, everything you have in the program is updated with the new information. This means that if, for example, you change the name, it is modified in all invoices, delivery notes, orders and other documentation.
For this reason, before we tell you how to change the data, we advise you to download the documents you have in your STEL Order. You never know if you will need them in the future.
You can now change your company details in STEL Order. From your profile click Settings> My company > Company details > Edit. Modify the data and remember to check the box that identifies whether you are a Company or Self-Employed. Congratulations! You have created your new business on STEL Order and secured all your documentation. Congratulations!
Downloading all types of documents generated in STEL Order before making the company name change is important because when the change is made it will reflect this new data in all documents that exist in STEL Order (company data is not changed only for new documents but the existing ones will also reflect the new data)Download your files:
