If you have a product/service line already saved in a document and you want to duplicate it, first you must click on the pencil shown at the bottom left of the screen to edit it, then you have to keep your finger pressed on the line you want to duplicate until the duplicate line option appears.
Remember to hold down on the line until the duplicate line option is shown.
