To send the document without price on the lines, you have to create a new template and uncheck that option.
.Access Settings > My Company > My Templates > New +.
In the Lines tab, you must uncheck the "Col. Unit Price", "Col. Discount", "Col. Tax" and "Col. Subtotal" fields.
When sending the document, the price in the products line will not be displayed.
