To convert a lead to a customer manually, you must do the following: from the Leads list, select the leads and click on More>Convert to Customer.

You can also convert into customers those potential customers to whom you generate an order, delivery note or invoice. The program detects that it is a potential customer and displays a message indicating that if you save the document, it goes to the Customer list.

You cannot convert a customer to a lead.
